“ Drove from Lexington to meet my date halfway and enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Sweet T's! The food and the atmosphere made for a perfect first date and everyone there was so wonderful and sweet just like their name! I can't wait to go there again!!!!! ”

“ Well my mother in law and I just ate here for my first time and we both agree to say it definitely won't be my last time! It's good down home southern cooking with a line out the door. I ate fried chicken and the breading was on the bird it was fried just right and meat wasn't dry, the mashed potatoes and brown gravy was good, I had a cucumber salad onions, peas green beans, fried okra with a slice peach pie and 20 glass of sweet tea for $24.65 the proportions were perfect for my 250lbs and 6'4" self and my mother in law she's a little girl but I believe she should be a competitive eater cause she can eat more than me at 5'0" 120lbs and late 70's! I left an additional tip for the woman serving tea she never let my cup get half way empty! Believe it or not there were a few tables that were open about eight seats but as fast as the people were coming in people eating and getting out, they also had a line to pay and some of them were takeout, but it didn't take long to go through the little girl at the register said they're open from 11 to 2 and serve on average about 200 people I believe it! I did see the line they had a chicken poppyseed casserole and sweet potatoes casserole with pecans and brown sugar both of them my mother-in-law ate them. They had a variety of different pies available for purchase for a slice and all the sodas that you would want! Needless to say I will be back with my wife and my mother-in-law and you should try it too.... one last there's a sign it says cash is king. They do take credit cards but it's a 3.99% surcharge on your card. So bring cash. ”
